Paul George Walking Without Boot for Media Day

The Indiana Pacers saw their 2014-15 season take a major hit when growing superstar Paul George broke his leg on August 1st during a Team USA scrimmage game, but he has already taken major steps forward in recovery. To prove that point, he was able to take off his walking boot for Pacers’ media day, and walk around without any sort of protection on his injured leg. Take a look.

Obviously this is great news for the Pacers and their fans, but he still has a long way to go on the road of recovery. George is holding out hope that he can return at some point during the upcoming season, but that likely isn’t even on the table for the organization. It definitely is a good sign for next year, and fans can expect to see him rocking that #13 jersey on an NBA court in 2015-16.
