The Indianapolis Colts are the only team with unsigned draft picks remaining.

Indianapolis Colts rookies, Henry Anderson and D’Joun Smith, are the last two draft picks who have yet to sign with their team following the Titans signing of quarterback Marcus Mariota

At this point there is no known risk of either player missing time in training camp.

This is not a hold-out situation for either rookie. Thanks to the collective bargaining agreement the rookie salaries are set in stone by the rookie slotting system.

The Indianapolis Colts selected both Smith and Anderson in the third-round. According to reports from Mike Chappell of Fox59, D’Joun Smith’s salary is set at a 4-year $3.5 million deal that includes an $800K signing bonus. Respectively, Henry Anderson is in line to make $2.9 million over 4 years with a $610K signing bonus.

Now it is just a matter of getting them to sign on the dotted line once they arrive in camp on August 1st.  The issue is not money but simply a matter of contractual language. Once these contracts are agreed upon by all parties and signed then the fun begins.
