There is a lot of speculation about who the Indiana Pacers’ first round pick, but what about their second round pick? There are plenty of good prospects they could select with the 50th pick overall.

There is less than one week until the 2016 NBA Draft, and the Pacers have hosted seven pre-draft workouts. In the process, the Pacers have looked at over 40 prospects.

They have looked at a good mix of projected first round and second round players. While everyone is focusing on the first round prospects, there are definitely a handful of players who could find a niche with the Indiana Pacers.

Most people believe the Pacers need a better point guard and a post player. They can find very good players who can address either need in the second round.

They have taken close looks at prospects at both positions who are projected to go in the second round. At this point in the draft process, they probably have probably narrowed down their draft board to only a few targets.

It is important to note, the Pacers’ first round choice will determine what their second round selection will be. For example, if they take a point guard in the first round, they will probably draft a big man in the second round.

Here are five second round players that the Indiana Pacers could possibly select with the 50th pick overall.
