Despite having a quiet offseason, the Indianapolis Colts still brought in some players who could have a huge impact for them in 2016.

It was a different type of free agency for general manager Ryan Grigson. He did not go out after highly-coveted free agents. Instead, he waited for the market to settle down and then made small moves to help fill out the roster.

Meanwhile, he brought in a new influx of young offensive linemen and defensive prospects through the NFL draft. Ideally, Grigson and the Colts are hoping they have found a few hidden gems with their entire rookie class (both drafted and undrafted).

There are not many high expectations attached to the Colts this season following a disappointing 2015 season. The Colts believe some of their new acquisitions could potentially be big impact players for them in 2016.
