The Gatekeepers- Thou Shall Not Pass…unless you’re Andrew Luck. The offensive line will once again have the pressure of keeping Mr. Luck upright this season. Number 12 was sacked 32 times last season which led the Colts to make some changes to their front five.

Center Samson Satele was released back in March (that noise is Colts fans cheering) and all the pressure will shift to 2nd year man, and likely 1st year starter Khaled Holmes. Injuries hampered Holmes a bit his rookie season, but now the center position appears to be his to lose.

He’ll be joined by tackles Anthony Castonzo and Gosder Cherilus whom both have their starting positions locked up. The two guard spots would seem to be up for grabs with the injured Donald Thomas returning, Hugh Thorton who started 12 games at guard last year, and rookie 2nd round pick Jake Mewhort all fighting for the right to protect Luck.

The first open practice will take place July 24th on the campus of Anderson University from 1:55-4:25PM EST. What will YOU be watching for?
