What five reasons can be given to show that the Indiana Pacers need to bring Lance Stephenson back home?

The Indiana Pacers have been popping up in quite a few trade rumors recently, and Lance Stephenson’s name has come up in quite a few of those rumors. Reports have stated that the Pacers have had talks with the Charlotte Hornets about potentially bringing Stephenson back onto the roster.

Stephenson was a huge part of the Pacers’ Eastern Conference Finals runs over the past two seasons, and many in the organization would welcome him back with open arms. That being said, there are also some that he rubbed the wrong way during his tenure with the Pacers. Last season was a major collapse at the end of the year, and both Roy Hibbert and now Boston Celtics’ guard Evan Turner didn’t like the way that Stephenson was playing.

Despite those issues, the Pacers need to bring Stephenson back home to Indiana. He was loved by the fans, and he made plays on the court that were huge for the team. Larry Bird has been very active on the trade market, but he needs to bring back one of his favorites.
