3. Winning Attitude and Crowd Energizer

Lance Stephenson may be a lot of things, but he was one of the best crowd energizers in the entire NBA last season with the Pacers. He brought a cockiness to the court that opponents hated and the Indiana fans loved, and he was able to back that up on the court. That is exactly what the Pacers are missing without him, and they could use his attitude now.

Indiana doesn’t have the “Gold Swagger” that made them so famous in the media over the past few seasons, and they need to get it back. Larry Bird knows that a one move fix to that problem would be bringing back Stephenson. That could be one reason that he is already showing interest in getting something done, but he has to get much more aggressive if he wants it to actually end up happening.
