16. Boston Celtics

16

Kelly Oubre

Small Forward, Kansas

Boston Celtics
Boston will likely try to trade up for a center, but if they’re unsuccessful Oubre gives them another young versatile athlete.

17. Milwaukee Bucks

17

Sam Dekker

Small Forward, Wisconsin

Milwaukee Bucks
Milwaukee could use  a big man. With Larry Sanders quitting the game and recently trading Ilyasova a big makes sense, but there’s also the impending free agency of Kris Middleton. Dekker is just too good to pass up here. Played at Wisconsin, Middleton insurance, as well as insurance for a returning Jabari Parker.

18. Houston Rockets (from New Orleans Pelicans)

18

Tyus Jones

Point Guard, Duke

Houston Rockets
Rockets really need depth at point guard. The injury to Patrick Beverley hurt more than most would have thought. Jones means no more Jason Terry starting at point guard if Beverley goes down.

19. Washington Wizards

19

Kevon Looney

Power Forward, UCLA

Washington Wizards
Nene is too inconsistent these days. Looney gives Wiz some young legs at the power forward position.

20. Toronto Raptors

20

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

Small Forward, Arizona

Toronto Raptors
Should fill in well at the small forward position. Upgrade over Terrence Ross.
