By the Numbers: Jordan Hill and Roy Hibbert
It remains to be seen if Jordan Hill will move to power forward or become a center for Indiana. He has performed both duties in his four years with the Los Angeles Lakers. As a combo-forward, he possesses the skills to contribute as an additional rim protector. Hill has a deceptively deep shooting range and puts a nice touch on his shot. As their stats over the last four years show. Hill’s and Hibbert’s per game numbers are very comparable on the stat sheet.

There are two noteworthy trends when comparing the two’s statistics. Hill’s numbers are trending up in all categories. In contrast, Hibbert’s performance has been in steady decline over the past four seasons. Admittedly, Hill is not the shot blocker that Hibbert. However, Jordan Hill’s steady improvement suggests that he has yet to hit his ceiling and is already comparable with Hibbert in most other categories.
