Predict what player makes the biggest splash in the Colts training camp.

Andrew Turpen (@ATplace2be):

Philip Dorsett. The first round draft selection left Colts fans baffled as General Manager Ryan Grigson elected to draft Dorsett, a receiver, rather than going after clear needs on the offensive line and safety. I think Dorsett comes out and proves why the Colts simply could not pass him up.

Scott Stewart (@scostew):

Jonathan Newsome has a chance to really make a name for himself this camp with Robert Mathis still outside the fold due to injury. Last year, Newsome was one of the Colts better pass rushers and with Bjorn Werner struggling alongside many more, the second-year end has a lot of chances to show his stuff both in camp and in the coming season. Even if the Colts stick with their current personnel on defense, Newsome has a chance to develop and thrive and training camp might be his first step.

Pierre Wilson (@pwee31):

Phillip Dorsett. I’m not sure Colts fans realize how good this guy can be. He’s fast on top of fast WITH hands. Even if he doesn’t win the 3rd wide-out spot, I expect him to handle punt/kick returns, giving the Colts a special return man.

Dave McKee (@thedavemckee):

I really like the Human Bowling Ball, Josh Robinson. The 6th round pick runs like a younger Frank Gore. As much as I like Dan “Boom” Herron, Robinson is a tackle breaking machine. Robinson left Mississippi State after a career high season. He rushed for 1203 yards (3rd best in the SEC) and scored 11 of his 12 touchdowns carrying the ball. Robinson also totaled an extraordinary  number of broken tackles – hence the nickname – and was rated by Pro Football Focus  with a 94.2 elusive rating finishing second only to Todd Gurley. If you need proof of the rookie’s elusive tackle breaking abilities, see last season’s game against the Kentucky Wildcats.
