Final Thoughts on Glenn Robinson III

Glenn Robinson III has all the tools to become a star. A work ethic that is second to none, a support network that will accelerate his development and the confidence necessary to do so. He is confident but not arrogant. Most importantly, Glenn Robinson III exudes a rare combination of characteristics that every team executive covets; a strong work ethic, confidence and humility.

Such traits rarely seen in young players, especially as young as 21, and it is refreshing to see in such a promising young talent. In only twenty minutes of conversation, Glenn Robinson III made me a believer with that rare combination of confidence and humility. This young man is a team player who is going to excel in a pacers uniform.

His roots in Indiana will quickly turn him into a fan favorite. For example, he has already begun his work in the community as a member of the Indiana Pacers:

Glenn Robinson III was an IHSAA all-star and Mr. Basketball finalist before he headed to Ann Arbor to play for the Michigan Wolverines. While there he was a member of the winningest two years in Wolverine basketball history. Everywhere he goes he wins and he will help win here in Indiana.

I asked Glenn Robinson if he had any message to the #PacersNation especially to those who might not be familiar with him and his past in Indiana.

His message to the fans:

“I’m excited to be back home [in Indiana] and ready to get to work. This team is such a great fit for me and for this city. All I can ask is that the fans come out and support us because it is going to be an exciting season.”
