The Colts have come out flat to start offensively for two straight games. Defensively, they are making the adjustments to keep the games within reach, but stagnation and penalties are crippling the offense.

D. <p>The Colts have a seriously bad habit. Poor starts are no longer a concern they are symptoms. Penalties, three-and-outs and poor play calling have kept the offense comatose for the first two games of the season. The Colts were held scoreless in the first half against Buffalo in week 1 and again on Monday Night against the Jets. The only reason the Coaches get a ‘D’ is because Manusky did so well (B+) and because I’m not sure if there is a worse grade than an ‘F-‘ so I’m sticking to the grade.</p> <p>This is the first time since 1997 that the team has been shutout in back-to-back games heading into halftime.
