Titans Players to Watch For

WR Corey Davis

Coming off a huge seven catch, 125 yard and 1 touchdown performance over New England, Corey Davis is solidifying himself as Marcus Mariota‘s number one receiver. With receiver Tajae Sharpe out versus the Patriots, Davis came up in a big way. Davis has 43 catches for over 500 yards on the season.

It is up to the Colts’ secondary to slow down Davis and do what New England could not do. Mariota will be looking Davis’ way a lot on Sunday, but the Titans figure to have Sharpe back, so the Colts should not forget about him either.

RB Dion Lewis

Lewis has given the Colts fits in the past when he was a New England Patriot, but the 5’8 running back has not looked fantastic this season. Sure, he is sharing carries with Derrick Henry, who gets most the goal line carries, but Lewis is the type of running back that can shred the Colts’ defense.

Look for head coach Mike Vrabel to call some throws to Lewis out of the backfield on Sunday. The backs catching out of the backfield have really hurt the Colts this year and I expect Dion Lewis to have a big game on Sunday.
