The Pelicans could look to give Anthony Davis some help down low. Omer Asik did not pan out, and the addition of Roy Hibbert could take come defensive pressure off the rising star.

The Pacers have been linked to Eric Gordon in the past, but the former Hoosier and Indy product, hasn’t been able to stay healthy. Health wouldn’t be as big of a factor, as Gordon (like Hibbert) is in the final year of his contract.

Tyreke Evans could also be a possibility. With Jrue Holiday coming back off injury, Evans could be asked to go back to a 6th man role. He’s better with the ball in his hands, so playing him with Holiday isn’t ideal.

As I mention in a previous article, Evans reminds me of Lance Stephenson without the baggage, and would be a nice addition to the Pacers, bringing versatility. Tyreke still has two years left on his contract, at a little over $11 million per year.
