Indiana Pacers: Glenn Robinson III is Coming Home to Indiana

Indiana Pacers Sign 21-year old Glenn Robinson III to a 3-Year Deal.
The Indiana Pacers have signed a three-year deal with Glenn Robinson III, son of NBA Champion Glenn “Big Dog” Robinson. He now returns to his home state of Indiana for his second NBA season. Robinson is back in his home state of Indiana. That’s right Pacers fans, Larry Bird is at it again. In less than a week he has filled out the roster adding two more young pieces to the puzzle. Earlier in the week, the Indiana Pacers traded for 23-year old Rakeem Christmas. Today, Adrian Wojanarowki of Yahoo Sports announced the Indiana Pacers signed former Michigan Wolverine star shooting guard Glenn Robinson III.
The former Lake Central High School star and Indiana Mr. Basketball finalist Glenn Robinson III has signed a 3-year deal with the Indiana Pacers. He is the son of former two-time NBA All-Star “The Big Dog”Glenn Robinson.
Robinson was born in his father’s hometown of Gary, Indiana where he grew up before playing basketball for Lake Central High School in St. John, Indiana. The 6-7 222 lbs. shooting guard played for the Michigan Wolverines for two seasons winning a Big Ten title and being named to the 2013 Big Ten All-Freshman team.

During his collegiate career at Michigan, Robinson He helped lead the Wolverines to a combined 59 wins over two seasons.
He starred as a freshman on the Wolverine team that finished as runner-ups in the 2013 NCAA Championship game in Atlanta eventually falling 82-76 to Louisville in the Georgia Dome.
Originally projected as a first round pick after the 2013 season, Robinson – and fellow Indiana standout Mitch McGary – decided to play one more season for the Wolverines in 2014 which ended in an Elite 8 appearance the NCAA Tournament.
