Indiana Fever guard Lexie Hull has been improving in so many aspects to begin the 2025 season. Her three point shooting, which is seeing a jump from an already incredible 47 percent shooting average from deep to a whopping 55.3 percent from three this season, is the most notable part of her game that has seen a huge leap.

In addition to her offense, though, she's quickly becoming one of the Fever's best defenders and rebounders. She's averaging 4.7 boards per game and 1.2 steals per game - both career highs - and her ability to fight through screens and pick up deflections on defense have been critical parts to Indiana's defense that's anchored by Aliyah Boston in the paint.

Hull added yet another notch to her All-Star campaign for this year, though, in her huge performance against the Seattle Storm on Tuesday night. Hull had a double double with 15 points, 11 rebounds, and two steals, and also shot 50 percent from three point range on four attempted shots. It was the first double double of the season for her, and it couldn't have come at a more critical time for the Fever.

Caitlin Clark, her counterpart in the backcourt in the starting lineup, has been struggling mightily as of late with more physical defenses. Hull, Kelsey Mitchell, and Boston have been lifting Indiana up consistently this year despite those struggles, and Hull is one Fever player that deserves some major spotlighting in Indiana. An All-Star appearance - which would be the first in her career.

Hull should get ready for her first All-Star appearance with latest stellar performance

Diving deeper into the numbers for Hull this season, she's been one of the top-10 rebounders amongst guards, is second behind New York Liberty guard Kennedy Burke in three point shooting percentage, and has Indiana's most defensive win shares amongst their guards this season.

Hull does a lot of little things that don't shot up on the box score after games, but likely does enough to catch Fever fans' eyes when they're filling out their All-Star ballots.

Clark and Boston will lead the way, per usual, in fan votes for the Fever ahead of All-Star weekend, which is conveniently being hosted by Indiana. Hopefully, that hometown push will get Hull over the threshold necessary to feature in her first All-Star contest with the team.
